Made to order

Every piece is embroidered after you order it and ships within 3–7 business days. You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. If you order several pieces, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination.

Delivery times

Delivery time depends on your destination and starts once your order ships.

• United States: usually 2–5 business days
• International: usually 5–20 business days

These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. Customs checks and holidays can add time.

Where we ship

We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is available at checkout, we can deliver to it.

Duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility.
